Start an Exchange/Return

  • Please include photos and a detailed description in your email so that we can offer you a solution.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns/exchanges with a similar product in our range within 21 days of the original date of delivery and, require proof of purchase (e.g. payment receipt, invoice number, order confirmation email).
  • Please note that courier/shipping charges are applicable for exchanges/ return orders, which would take approximately 04-07 working days upon your request.
  • Your satisfaction is our priority, feel free to contact us directly to provide you with any clarifications.

Conditions for Returns / Exchanges

  • Shipping/courier fees are non-refundable
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items or third party products.
  • The product must include the original labels and tags
  • For exchanges/returns, the product must be unused, unwashed and with original packaging
